Innovative Ticketing is a full-service online ticketing platform capable of selling tickets for any size events including fairs, attractions, carnivals, and general admission shows.  Our system is designed to operate in one of three ways:

STAND ALONE E-TICKETING SYSTEM

Customers purchase their tickets through our web site.  Each print a voucher that includes a QR code for electronic redemption or the voucher can be presented in a digital format on their phone.  Tickets are then scanned at the event using a cell phone or tablet for electronic redemption.

INTEGRATE INTO YOUR SYSTEM

We can easily integrate into your existing barcode-based system.  Customers purchase their tickets through our web site.  Each voucher would include a barcode generated by your system.  The vouchers are redeemed at your event using your existing ticketing system.

WILL CALL SYSTEM

For events who do not wish to make use of electronic redemption or who don’t have a connection to the internet at their events, we can provide a standard will call system.  Guests will report to one central location for ticket redemption.  Guests present their voucher and a photo ID to verify their identity.  Event staff looks up their name and order on a master print out (redemption report).

As part of our service, Innovative Ticketing includes all merchant processing fees in its service agreement.  We also handle customer support for both the ticket purchaser and the event using our system.
