When you place your order, a link to your order voucher is emailed to the email address used on your account. Common reasons you did not receive this email include your mailbox is full, or the email address was misspelled during the checkout process. You can login to your account by clicking here and then proceed to ORDER HISTORY to locate your order. From there, you can print your voucher as needed.

The most common reason for this issue relates to a failed credit card authorization. Please see the topic WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD for reasons why credit cards can be declined and still have a pending authorization at the card issuing bank.

An additional reason can be related to a misspelled email address. If your email address is misspelled during checkout, this can result in the creation of an "almost" duplicate user account in the system. The misspelled account will be the one holding the order in this case, and you will need to use the CONTACT SUPPORT button below reach our support team for further assistance.

Due to high levels of fraud found in online credit card processing, we employ a second level of protection against unauthorized card usage.

This system verifies that several components of the card holder information including account name and billing address match what is on file with the card issuing bank. If any of these items do not match or are missing, the charge is declined by our systems, even if it was approved by the card issuing bank. The resulting error on screen is AVS MISMATCH ERROR.

Any authorizations that fail the AVS CHECK will never settle and disappear within 2-10 business days. It will appear on your account as PENDING during this time. If more than 10 business days have passed since your order was placed, you can submit a customer support request by using the button below for further assistance.

Your user account is created during the checkout process under most circumstances and is bound to your email address. To login, click here and use the email address and password you used during the checkout process.
